Among the series of practical workshops on the second day of the Congress, it is worth paying attention to the CRIDO workshop – the ELMC Partner.
It will be led by Marek Gadacz, Partner in the tax advisory team at CRIDO.
Speech titled “Posting workers abroad – how to act, what should I remember? Selected issues in the field of personal income tax, social security and labour law “will be held in the Bronowice Hall from 15.00 to 16.00.
The workshop run by Marek Gadacz will focus on the following issues regarding the provision of cross-border services:
- Personal Tax issues – among others determination of tax residence (including double taxation treaties), place of taxation of income, advances on tax, issues related to tax settlement with employees, as well as controversial taxation of benefits related to posting– diets, trips or accomodation.
In relation to the latest issue, the consequences of the latest case law of the Supreme Administrative Court will also be discussed, including doubts related to the change of the Supreme Administrative Court’s ruling line.
- Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) issues– including the principles of being subject to ZUS in the light of EU regulations and practical remarks regarding obtaining A1 credentials.
There will also be number of examples of the distinction between business travel and posting as well as the preparation of an annex to the secondment employment contract.
