We kindly invite you to participate in the biggest European event dedicated to posting of workers.
Read moreThe first day of the VI European Labour Mobility Congress starts with the Plenary Session, at which we take a look at the work mobility and the freedom to provide services from a political and academic perspective. Keynote addresses will be delivered by Jadwiga Emilewicz, Polish Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology, Konrad Szymański, Polish Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Secretary of State for European Affairs and Prof. Gertruda Uścińska, President of the Polish Social Insurance Institution. Plenary Session is co-organized by the Ministry of Enterpreneurship and Technology and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the first day we create a dedicated area in which ELMC participants will have an opportunity to address current problems and legal and practical issues. Village is also a place which allows lawyers, experts and representatives of the ELMC ‘s Partners to directly contact their target group – people seeking advice and consultation in specific areas related to the business.
The Evening Banquet accompanied by a jazz concert will be held on the 2nd floor Foyer at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre. We also invite you for the afterparty which will take place after the Banquet in Forum Przestrzenie across the road from the event venue.
Civil Society Dialogue is a moderated Q&A session dedicated to ELMC Participants, during which they will have an opportunity to discuss the issues of work mobility and the Single Market and recieve answers directly from the EU Commissioner for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs Elżbieta Bieńkowska.
Second day workshops are dedicated to companies that provide services at the Single Market. The workshops are held by lawyers and experts from Poland and as well as from the main receiving Member States: Germany, France, Belgium etc. One of the sessions will be held by an expert from the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
