Workshop I: Things to remember when posting workers abroad
This workshop will cover consequences of posting of workers in terms of personal income tax in the context of Polish and international tax law, including potential tax breaks and allowances. The workshop will also address key questions of international law of social security systems, such as maintaining Polish social security for employees posted abroad. In the final part, we will touch upon posting of third-country (non-EU) citizens.
Workshop II: Consequences of receiving a posted employee by a Polish company
The workshop will focus on legal requirements for a foreign company in the area of Labour Inspection regulations. The speaker will also cover personal income tax obligations of the receiving company and the posted employee working in Poland resulting from Polish and international tax law. The workshop will also briefly address social security issues and most common problems for Polish and foreign companies when sending and receiving employees from EU and non-EU countries. During the session we will also focus on a number of real-life examples of problematic issues arising during secondments into Poland and present practical advice for tackling them.
