III ELMC: Freedom to provide services in divided Europe

III ELMC: Freedom to provide services in divided Europe

Violations of EU law by the Member States, discrimination against service providing companies by foreign control bodies, the announcements by the European Commission concerning the revision of Directive 96/71/EC, problems with the implementation of the enforcement Directive. Last year’s events hardly inspire optimism among entrepreneurs exporting services. In April, participants of the III European Labour Mobility Congress will learn how to deal with increasing uncertainty for companies posting workers in divided Europe.

Labour Mobility Initiative, the main organiser of the Congress, remains active throughout the year and raises the issues faced by entrepreneurs who post workers within the framework of providing services. Choosing not to remain passive in the face of current challenges, we are holding – for the third time – Europe’s largest event dedicated exclusively to the export of services and posting of workers.

The third Congress will be the largest of those held so far. Our speakers will include the most important EU officials, politicians and decision-makers. Participants will gain a unique opportunity to obtain accurate and reliable information from the very source on issues that are the most difficult but also crucial to the operation of their companies.

As in previous years, the Congress will be a two-day event, which will include discussion panels, lectures by experts and practical workshops on how to correctly apply for and obtain A1 forms.

Within a few days, we will provide information on the date and exact location of the event.
