Social Insurance Institution (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych in Polish, abbreviation ZUS) has become a core partner of this year’s Congress. The partnership is extremely important for the organizers who aim at creation at the event a meaningful forum for dialogue between the academia, administration and business.
Traditionally, on the second day of the European Labour Mobility Congress there will be held workshops, moderated by Anna Siwiecka, ZUS representative and the Head of the Department of Insurance and Contributions. During previous edition the workshops were highly appreciated and immensely popular among the participants of the Congress.
This year, during the expert day, Anna Siwiecka will lecture on the determination of applicable law for posting of workers. The new Congress formula includes difficult case studies, to be submitted by registered participants, which will illustrate critical issues related to the posting of workers that entrepreneurs face on a day-to-day basis.
