Social Insurance Institution (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych in Polsih, abbreviation ZUS) has become a core partner of our event. The partnership is extremely important because ZUS had never before took the patronage over an event dedicated to posting of workers. This is a very important step towards building a meaningful dialogue between the academia, administration and business.

Ms. Anna Siwiecka, ZUS’s representative and the Head of the Department of Insurance and Contributions will moderate the workshops, held on the second day of the Congress, and devoted to practical determination of applicable law for posted workers, including guidelines for validation of the A1 form, a document confirming posting, certified in Poland by ZUS.

The participants of the first edition of the Congress have already had the opportunity to attend similar workshops. Due to great interest on the part of entrepreneurs, the workshops moderated by ZUS representative are also included in this year’s programme.
