Fourth edition of the ELMC will be the largest of all previous editions in terms of expected number of participants, as well as speakers and experts. The first day we dedicate only to the issue of the revision of the posted workers directive, which aims to, among others, equalize the salaries of workers posted to local employees and shorten the time of the posting of workers for up to 6 months. On the second day the workshops with experts for a business representatives will be held. This year we schedule at least 10 lectures, which will be hosted by lawyers and experts of the best Polish law and consulting firms specializing in various aspects of labour mobility and services.
