We are pleased to announce, that at last minute our agenda has been enriched by three very interesting items.

PhD Piotr Wąż, an expert form National Labour Inpectorate will run workshop on the principle of more favourable treatment  in the comparison with the Rome I Regulation and Posting of Workers Directive. He will refer to the challanges faced by the entrepreneurs on the daily basis:

• mandatory provisions
• counting of public holidays in the choice of applicable law. Dismantling the obstacles to the right to holiday
• determination of the amounts and types of overtime differentials
• Accounting of leisure time or public holidays in return for overtime work.

Beata Krajewska from the Department of Legality of Employment at the Chief Labour Inspectorate will present a collaboration tools for detection of fraud in posting of workers and new cross-border execution of penalties and fines procedure after the transposition of Enforcement Directive.

Experts from PwC will run a workshop on “Taxation of the benefits received by posted workers in the light of practices of tax authorities and administrative courts’ decisions”. According to the entrepreneurs, recently it is patricuraly problematic area of their activity.
