We are pleased to announce that the Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs has granted his Patronage to the IV.

It is an honour as well as confirmation of the significance of the Congress. For us it is also a sign of Polish government’s recognition regarding the importance of the service export for the state economy and how essential is this substantive dispute, which condems myths and prejudices as well as it shows the perspective of the less prosperous central and eastern European countries, which all together oppose the European Commission proposal, which may lead to exclusion of thousands od service providing companies from the market.

This year’s ELMC will be the biggest from all previous editions in terms of the expected number of participants, as well as speakers and experts.

The first day is exclusively devoted to the Commission proposal which aims to a.o. equate remuneration of the posted workers with the local ones and even to cut the posting period down to 6 months. For the second day we provide the practical workshops with the lawyers and experts for the business. This year you can attend at least 10 lectures and presentations held by lawyers and experts from the best Polish and European legal and consulting firms, specializing in various aspects of labour and service mobility.
